The Seoul Venture hub, operated by the city of Seoul, is a prominent startup support organization with three active centers in Gongdeok, Seongsu, and Changdong. ORS Korea has chosen the Changdong Center for its operations.
The Changdong Startup Hub Center, also known as Changdong Aurne, combines the Korean word '아우르다 (Auruda)' with the concept of 'Renaissance,' representing regeneration and resurrection. This facility encompasses job creation and serves as a space to revive and rejuvenate the local economy.
Co-Working Space
Seoul Venture Hub Center Changdong offers coworking spaces. When you need to work outside your office or need a creative environment to think outside the box, you can utilize various communal spaces located in Seoul Venture Hub Center Changdong.
The 1st floor features seminar rooms, shared offices, and a creatively designed open staircase space, offering opportunities to enhance efficiency and enjoy a fun work experience. Additionally, the presence of reading zone available with books provides the advantage of comfortable relaxing space during work breaks.
1st Floor
This facility serves as a business lounge for work and collaboration, offering a range of meeting rooms such as a seminar room for 20 people, a medium-sized conference room for 8 people, a small conference room for 4 people, and a VIP meeting room for 10 people. Each meeting room is well-equipped with glass boards and TVs, providing a conducive environment for interactive discussions and presentations.
This area has facilities like ice machines, coffee makers, and snack bars, providing a convenient space for a coffee break whenever you feel tired. Moreover, exploring the diverse restaurants around Changdong Station during lunchtime adds to the enjoyment.
2nd-3rd Floor
The 2nd and 3rd floors serve as dedicated spaces for tenant companies. The 2nd floor comprises 9 shared office rooms, 3 meeting rooms, 2 expert counseling rooms, and network spaces. On the 3rd floor, there are 6 independent daycare rooms, 3 meeting rooms, and network spaces. Currently, ORS Korea is located on the 3rd floor.
First Basement Floor
The New Media Studio on the basement floor offers diverse services from tailored support for online marketing, e-commerce entry and sales, cloud funding using global platforms, live commerce with influencers to customized content creation for entering public procurement markets. It features 10 multipurpose studios, dressing rooms, editing rooms, equipment rooms, and more. For tenant companies, these facilities are available for free.
Rest Area
Seoul Venture Hub Center offers a rest area. On the third floor balcony, there is a rooftop garden where you can take a break.
