SGC Series- Centerless Grinding Machine

The SGC series’s workrest blade supports the workpiece in place between a grinding wheel and a regulating wheel, and traverse type point diamond dresser is applied. The precision of traverse and feeding is improved with the application of high-precision ball screws and high-strength L.M guides (or dovetails).

The SGI-40 accurately processes multiple products simultaneously, optimizing productivity and space utilization. An automated system conducts real-time quality checks by inspecting defects in the discharge sleeve rings.

The core components of the SGI-40 (Bed, Setting Unit, Machining section) are built with ORSKOREA's patented technology.
